This morning I will be testifying before the House Small Business Committee for a hearing titled “Under the Microscope: Examining the Censorship-Industrial Complex and its Impact on American Small Businesses.”

My co-witnesses include Jenin Younes of New Civil Liberties Alliance, Carrie Sheffield of Independent Women’s Forum, and Dr. Mary Anne Franks of George Washington Law School.
