I'm Testifying Before Congress Today

On DHS' role in our mass public-private censorship regime

I am honored to report that I will be testifying before the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations, and Accountability today at 2PM ET.

The title of the hearing is: “Censorship Laundering: How the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Enables the Silencing of Dissent.”

I will be appearing alongside Profs. Jonathan Turley, Martin Kulldorff, and Cynthia Miller-Idriss.
